GENERAL ASPECTS
Intuition, with its website at www.intuition.pt, is an online store selling home products.
When purchasing on our website you automatically accept all provisions included in this document known as Terms and Conditions
These conditions are agreed between Alexandra Cristina Figueiredo Costa, with address at Rua Dr Paulo Quintela, N51, 8B, 3030-393 Coimbra, natural person with taxpayer number 210838515, hereinafter referred to as INTUITION and any person of legal age (18 years old), natural , non-merchant, who wishes to make a purchase on our website, and who will hereinafter be referred to as “User”.
1. PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE
When purchasing from our store, the user declares that they are at least 18 years of age or that they are making the purchase under the supervision of their parents or legal guardian.
The user must place the order through the website www.intuition.pt , choosing the product(s) they want and placing them in the cart.
When completing the purchase, the user expresses their full and complete acceptance of the general sales conditions, prices and characteristics of the products included in the order.
To finalize the purchase, you must fill in your details to be used in billing, shipping and communications that may exist with Intuition, particularly for clarifications or marketing actions, in order to deliver a good experience to the customer.
All information provided by the User must be correct and truthful. The User must update the information provided whenever it undergoes any changes. The User is exclusively responsible for any false, incomplete or incorrect statements made and for any losses they may cause to the company or third parties, with the information they provide.
We will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the improper or negligent use of the password defined by the User to access their account. The User must ensure the confidentiality of their password.
The User acknowledges that access to and use of the Site may be interrupted and that the information on the Site may contain bugs, errors, technical failures, problems or other limitations.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Intuition.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
After confirming full payment for the products, as well as shipping costs, the order will be completed within 30 days.
Orders will be subject to stock availability. The lack of stock of the ordered products, or any other reason for the impossibility of fulfilling the order, will be communicated by Intuition to the user. In this case, Intuition will reimburse the user for any amounts paid, as provided in article 19 of DL nº 24/2014, of February 14th.
Intuition reserves the right, at any time, to remove any product from the website www.intuition.pt, as well as to suppress or change any material or content, not being responsible for this, to the user or third party, as well as for unavailability of product.
3. PRICE
In accordance with current legislation, prices established on the website www.intuition.pt must be expressed in euros, with taxes and fees included, at the date of purchase.
The applicable VAT rate is that of the Special VAT Exemption Regime (Article 53).
4. PAYMENT
The user can use the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB WAY, Credit card and bank transfer.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
The costs associated with sending orders are the responsibility of the consumer, except for promotional exceptions, and are indicated at checkout. The value will depend on the products ordered. We only ship to Portugal.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time depends on the product in question, ranging from 5 working days to 30 days. The deadline is always indicated on the product.
The products will be sent by CTT, via registered shipping. For other destinations, you should consult Intuition to find out the costs.
Shipping will only have one attempt to deliver the order. If CTT makes this attempt without success, you will have 5 working days to collect it in store. If this deadline is exceeded, the customer will have to pay for a new attempt.
Orders returned due to insufficient/unclaimed address will be resent after payment of the amount set by the Carrier.
7. CANCELLATIONS
- By Customer's decision
The User may cancel their order by requesting it to INTUITION via email to geral@intuition.pt, mentioning the order number, which will be accepted as long as it has not yet been processed. After processing, INTUITION will attempt to deliver it, but the User has the option of not accepting it.
- By decision of INTUITION
INTUITION reserves the right not to process orders where there is any inconsistency in the data.
8. RIGHT OF RESOLUTION
The User may terminate their contract up to 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order, provided that:
- a) The product(s) have not been used;
- b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
- c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.

Once the returned product has been received, Intuition will analyze and confirm the conservation status of the order and, when applicable, will refund within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days the amounts paid by the User contained in the order, through the same means used to pay for the order. order.
If the returned items show signs of use, Intuition reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.
The User must note that, if the return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Intuition will not reimburse the shipping costs. Therefore, Intuition will not reimburse expenses related to postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.
It is the consumer's responsibility to bear the costs of returning the item(s), as well as to ensure that the item is returned well packaged and with associated insurance. Products that arrive damaged or are lost will not be refunded.
Once the returned product has been received, intuition will analyze and confirm the conservation status of the order and, where applicable, will refund within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days the amounts paid by the User contained in the order, through the same means used to pay for the order. order.
9. EXCHANGE
It is possible to exchange products during the right of withdrawal period. To do this, the customer must proceed as indicated in the previous point (right of withdrawal) and when he receives the item, he exchanges it, and the sending of this exchange is the customer's responsibility.
10. REFUNDS
The method of refunding the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used in the respective order. In the case of payments by Credit Card, PayPal and Mbway, these are credited to the respective accounts. In other cases, the refund is made to the indicated bank account, and all bank details must be sent to the email geral@intuition.pt.
The refund is made up to 14 days ( ***) after receipt of the item and its value will only be the price of the returned merchandise (excluding shipping costs to the customer or applied coupons).
If any of the components of the item sold are missing or if any of them are not exactly in the condition in which they were sent, there will be no refund of the price, and the product will be sent back to the initial shipping address to be charged at the destination.
In the case of order cancellation, Intuition has 14 days to issue the respective refund.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The User will be responsible for the content of the information sent or transmitted to the Website.
The User is aware that the use of the Website may not be 100% secure, with the possibility of information sent/received being intercepted by unauthorized parties, with the company not being responsible for failures in the security of communications and not assuming any responsibility for the use misuse of your information by third parties.
The User acknowledges that access to and use of the Site may be interrupted and that the information on the Site may contain bugs, errors, technical failures, problems or other limitations. The Site may contain links to other websites or be accessed through other websites. The company cannot be held responsible for them, namely for control of content, availability, operability or performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company excludes any responsibility, direct or indirect, for the use of the Site.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
INTUITION is the owner of the website, with all intellectual property rights over the design, organization and web content.
13. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
In accordance with Law No. 144/2015, of 8/9, amended by DL No. 102/2017, of 23/8, consumers are informed that they can resort to Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centers for alternative resolution of consumer disputes.
Consumer disputes of low economic value (i.e., with a value not exceeding €5,000.00) are subject to necessary arbitration or mediation when, at the express choice of consumers, they are submitted to the Arbitration Court at the Conflict Arbitration Center legally authorized Consumer Protection.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS
In case of violation of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to take any and all legally prescribed action. Furthermore, we reserve the right to, at our discretion, terminate access to or use of the Site, with or without notice to the User.
The Terms and Conditions for using the Website are regulated in accordance with current laws.
If any provision herein is found to be illegal, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision will be eliminated or reduced in accordance with the law, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
